What were you doing in August, hiking or seaside and fine sand? At Lixo, this month of 2022 marked the start of a new commitment, as the startup joined the Mouvement Impact France.
This movement, created 10 years ago, is a network that brings together social and ecological impact entrepreneurs with all the economic players committed to growing a business model that preserves the planet's social and ecological capital. This new business model is based on 4 fundamental pillars:

- Ecological impact.
- Value sharing.
- Power sharing.
In November of the same year, Marjorie Darcet, co-founder and CEO of Lixo, joined the Tech For Good ambassador community for a one-year term.
The Tech For Good France community brings together entrepreneurs developing technological and digital solutions designed to help our society move towards a more sustainable and responsible way of life. These entrepreneurs are committed to limiting their digital carbon footprint, to digital accessibility and to developing innovations with a positive impact on societal and environmental issues.
For Lixo, this membership is synonymous with inspiration, as it is by rubbing shoulders with other companies in the community and observing their best-practices that we will be able to accelerate the development of our impact strategy. What's more, we're strengthening the weight of our actions by helping to create a favorable environment for impact entrepreneurship.
